Beta Testing Terms

These Beta Testing Terms apply when WeSurph invites you to test a pre-release version of the WeSurph iOS app through Apple TestFlight. They supplement the WeSurph Terms of Service and Privacy Notice.
1. Eligibility and invitation
The current beta is limited to invited people who are at least 18 years old and test from the United States. An application does not guarantee selection. Invitations are personal, may be limited by Apple or WeSurph, and may be revoked at any time.
2. Pre-release software
The beta may contain defects, incomplete features, inaccurate sample information, interruptions, or changes without notice. Do not rely on the beta for emergencies, rescue, ocean or weather decisions, medical guidance, real payments, real bookings, real rentals, or the safety of any person or property. Keep your own device and data backups current.
3. Safe testing
Test only when and where it is lawful and safe. Do not use the app while driving or while attention is needed in or near the water. Use sample information unless WeSurph expressly enables a supervised live test. Never upload another person's private information, image, or video without permission.
4. Feedback and diagnostics
You may send feedback, screenshots, crash reports, and diagnostics through TestFlight or WeSurph support. You grant WeSurph a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free right to use, adapt, and incorporate your feedback to improve its products and services. You retain ownership of your original content. Do not include secrets or information you are not authorized to share.
5. Privacy
WeSurph processes beta application details, device and iOS information, app activity, diagnostics, support messages, and feedback as described in the Privacy Notice. Apple separately processes TestFlight invitations, installation, diagnostics, and feedback under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
6. Access, changes, and removal
We may pause the beta, change features, reset sample data, limit capacity, require an update, or remove access. Delete the beta if asked or when testing ends. Your feedback and records needed for security, legal compliance, or program administration may be retained as described in the Privacy Notice.
7. Warranty and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. The disclaimers and limitations in the WeSurph Terms of Service apply to the beta. Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
